Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager Location: Delhi Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive strategic initiatives in the areas of digital marketing, channel marketing, branding, PR, and agency management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial vehicles and a proven track record of success in growth marketing and on-the-ground marketing. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness. customer engagement, and revenue growth across digital channels, including website, social media, email, and online advertising. Lead channel marketing efforts to establish and maintain relationships with dealerships, distributors, and other channel partners, driving demand generation and sales enablement initiatives. Oversee branding initiatives to ensure consistency and alignment with the company's brand positioning and messaging, driving brand equity and recognition in the market. Manage PR campaigns and media relations activities to generate positive press coverage, enhance brand reputation, and manage crisis communications effectively. Handle all aspects of agency management, including selection, onboarding, performance evaluation, and budget management, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and ROI goals. Utilize growth marketing strategies and tactics to identify and capitalize on opportunities for customer acquisition, retention, and conversion, leveraging data-driven insights and experimentation. Implement on-the-ground marketing initiatives, such as events, trade shows, and promotional activities, to engage target audiences and drive brand visibility in key markets. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and operations, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and customer needs. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, providing insights and recommendations to inform marketing strategies and decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on digital marketing, channel marketing, branding, and PR, preferably in the commercial vehicle industry. Proven track record of success in managing agency relationships, developing and executing marketing strategies, and driving growth in competitive markets. Strong understanding of growth marketing principles and techniques, with experience in data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and optimization. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build collaborative relationships. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving business impact. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements. Passion for innovation, creativity, and continuous learning, with a drive to push the boundaries of traditional marketing approaches
