Who you are
Are you a creative thinker with exceptional project management, organizational and technical skills? The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for project ownership and content development, strategizing on responses to business development opportunities, as well as promoting overall brand awareness and property marketing. In this position, you will support the Marketing Director in building and fostering relationships with both internal and external clients, supporting broker positioning across print, digital and event platforms.
What you bring
Bachelors degree, preferably in Marketing or Communications
5+ years experience in commercial real estate marketing
High attention to detail and the ability to
Advanced knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
What success looks like
Meet with broker teams, market leadership, & research to strategize on new business development opportunities (proposals, presentations, client meetings, etc.) as well as promote brand awareness leading to uncovering new opportunities.
Offer leadership in property marketing strategy and support for effective campaign development and implementation. Manage project preparation and ensure timely completion of property marketing materials, working closely with broker teams, and graphic designers.
Develop RFP response content, presentation content, and other interactive marketing and pitch materials and programs for new business development pursuits. Develops and write key sections for marketing strategy, market overview, team bios, website content, and company information.
Research and resolve complex issues pertaining to Request for Proposal responses; reviews Request for Proposal specifications; and develops client-specific presentation materials.
Assist in the development of content and pursuit strategy and play an active role in project managing all aspects of the pursuit.
Manage project preparation and ensure timely completion of property marketing materials, working closely with broker teams, and graphic designers.
Oversee print and digital advertising and calendar for ad releases.
Assist in email marketing platform.
Implement use of creative writing in regional advertising.

Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $76,275 - 127,125
Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
