About our client
Our client is a dynamic and innovative Agriculture startup that is revolutionizing the industry with cutting-edge technology solutions. As a Senior Mobile Engineer (Flutter), you will be a pioneer in building our mobile applications from the ground up, utilizing the cutting-edge Flutter framework. You will play a pivotal role in crafting a seamless and user-friendly experience for our users across both Android and iOS platforms, directly contributing to our mission of making a real impact in Indonesian agriculture.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop native mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter and Dart.
• Implement user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and optimized for various screen sizes and devices.
• Integrate APIs and third-party libraries into the mobile application codebase.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with designers and backend engineers to translate designs into functional applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter features and best practices, proposing their adoption for enhanced user experience.
• Contribute to the development of our engineering culture and best practices within the newly formed team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Mobile Engineer with a proven track record of successfully building and deploying mobile applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong understanding of Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
• Excellent knowledge of mobile UI/UX design principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for mobile development and creating user-centric experiences.
• Proven experience with native Android and iOS development is a plus.
• Experience working in a startup environment or building a new team is a plus.
• Previous experience at a high-growth Indonesian startup is highly desirable.
