Job Description: Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in as Solution Architect. Drive the identification, development, and implementation of critical new standards in areas such as Performance Testing, Security, Event Management, Web UI Framework, .NET Design Standards, Application to Application Communication, and Caching. Collaborate closely with clients and Vendor Development, Infrastructure, and Service Delivery teams to comprehend their requirements and ensure the implementation of optimal cross- standards. Assist development teams in integrating standards into business applications and explore emerging technologies and methodologies suitable for incorporation into agency enterprise architecture standards. Serve as a knowledgeable technical leader within the organization, influencing development teams to devise high-quality technical solutions aligned with Enterprise Architecture and standards. Educate application development managers, developers, and business analysts on Client Enterprise Architecture Standards. Collaborate closely with CLIENT and Vendor development teams to pilot and validate new technical recommendations. Propose new standards/guidance based on business needs, IT requirements, and technological advancements. Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs, formulating systems aligned with overall business strategies. Experienced in business process reengineering and identifying innovative applications of technology to enhance business effectiveness. Participate in the development of RFPs and assist in the deployment and management of end-user reporting tools and platforms. Provide knowledge transfer to the rest of the Enterprise Reporting Team for all solutions. Demonstrate proficiency in relational database design and administration, including strategies for data acquisition, archive recovery, and implementation. Responsible for ensuring the optimization of an organization's strategic goals through the use of enterprise data standards and maintaining a centralized registry of metadata. Work under general supervision, utilizing creativity and latitude to accomplish goals. Familiarity with relational database concepts, client-server concepts, and industry-standard technologies.
