What can you expect?
Due to an expanding team, an exciting opportunity has been created for an experienced Senior OHS Consultant to join a highly skilled team of safety and risk consultants in the delivery of a major client project. This role exists within our Workforce Strategies (WFS) specialist practice, which is part of Marsh Advisory. WFS is a dynamic practice driven by a large and impressive team of consultants who specialise in the Health, Safety and Wellbeing field.

The successful applicant will:
Coach and mentor consultants to support and grow their careers Work with other leaders across the team to achieve project outcomes and KPIs Provide the client with strategic and operational solutions to their safety and risk management needs Work closely with client leadership to improve OHS performance and overall safety at client sites Maintain our relationship with our largest client, including operational and strategy meetings, and project management Ensure deadlines are met on time and in scope, and work is of an excellent quality Administration and end of month time management reporting and invoicing
What you need to have:
Crucial to your success in this role is the ability to effectively communicate, problem solve, influence and build credible relationships at all levels, both internally and with clients. Strong organisation and planning skills, as well the ability to work with high levels of initiative and to strict deadlines are essential in this role. Strong industry experience Prior experience working within a consulting environment would be highly regarded Excellent communication skills and client management skills Project management skills A Bachelors degree in WHS, and/or related disciplines would be highly regarded
