Job Title: Senior Ontology Analyst

Location: New York

Duration: 12 + months contract

Day 1 Onsite

In this role, you will be responsible for Ontology Analyst to work with on developing large-scale enterprise knowledge graph using semantics, and Graph technologies.

Some of the Technical aspects

• Building large-scale enterprise knowledge graph using Semantic and Graph Technologies e.g. Graph DB / Triple Stores like Stardog, SPARQL, Ontology, RDF, OWL, SHACL, R2RML, Graph Analytics & Inferencing, Graph Visualization
• Implementing Temporality /versioning in the Knowledge Graph
• Implementing granular user entitlements in Knowledge Graph
• Building Chatbots on top of Knowledge Graphs using capabilities like natural language processing ("NLP") and Machine Learning
• Rapid Application Development methodology in Enterprise Knowledge Graph Ecosystem the ability to integrate large disparate data sets rapidly in a sandbox environment to showcase the potential business value and then transforming it into a proper knowledge graph in production
• Working with Business Stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into various aspects related to delivery in the Knowledge Graph ecosystem data sourcing, ontology, API, UI development etc.
• Design, development and support of n-tier distributed applications including Data Ingestion or ETL layer, Big Data Analytics solutions, server-side API & components, as well as Database modelling & development
• Design, development and support of Data Ingestion Framework and pipelines (using tools like Apache NiFi, and Python programming) and Big Data Analytics solutions (using platforms like Snowflake, and Databricks)
• Designing and implementing complex enterprise-scale data & metadata architecture
• Experience building solutions for metadata management, data catalogs, data governance, data quality improvements, taxonomies
• Building successful automated data lineage solutions including familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements, vendor tooling landscape, various discovery and scanning tools and technologies

Skills required:

• Enterprise Knowledge Graph (Stardog, RDF, OWL, SPARQL, Graph Inferencing / Analytics), Python / Java

Qualifications:

• Masters / Bachelor in Computer Science
• Robust analytics experience
• Must have experience in Graph knowledge DB

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong DB and SQL experience
• Ontology exp
• Graph DB knowledge exp
• Good to have SParkSQL, Stardog, Python
