In this role you would be responsible for overseeing software and user acceptance testing teams. You should have proven leadership skills, the ability to think critically and problem-solve, and a track-record of ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met. Your future duties and responsibilities - Lead test effort for EBS to cloud migration - Create and maintain test deliverables and artifacts (test plans, test cases, test results summary) to test complex applications and system integrations for Finance (Oracle EBS and integrated SaaS) applications. - Planning and scheduling of resources, deliverables, execution, etc. as part of the Test Plan document - Coordinating, end-to-end, all testing activities including developing QA/UAT Test Plan using structured testing methodologies - Creating Test Scenarios and reviewing test scenarios created by testers - Confirming test scenario approval by Business Analyst and Development - Creating, automating, and executing test cases - Tracking and reporting on test results and defects - Escalating and resolving issues and risks - Coordinating the test environment - Hosting defect meetings - Creating test sign off documents - Partnering with Automation and Performance Leads and Testers to identify test cases for automation scripting or flows for performance testing Required qualifications to be successful in this role - Strong functional knowledge of the following SCM modules: Product Management Order Management Purchasing Inventory and Costing Supplier Management Warehouse Management Oracle Transport Management - Good knowledge of other SaaS-based applications and integrations for Supply Chain - Experience in leading test efforts for EBS to cloud migration - Solid automation experience with Selenium/Java - Solid experience with ALM for test case and defect related modules - Working regular US business schedule with flexibility based on project needs, occasional over-time - Completing tasks, including over-time work if necessary, on short notice - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills - Solid experience with estimation and prioritization Skill set Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Cloud Migration Team Lead Management Automation (Selenium/Java) Jira MicroFocus ALM Desired qualifications Oracle Finance (ERP) Oracle Supply Chain Planning (SCP) Employment Practices: EEO, ADA, FMLA Compliant VLink is an equal opportunity employer.
