Senior Paid Search Analyst, Healthcare (Senior Account Executive Level)

The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Paid Search Analyst (Senior Account Executive level) to join our Digital Health team. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and rapidly growing Paid Media team looking to challenge the boundaries of traditional communications and establish itself as a competitive paid media player. The role will be working with some of the biggest healthcare clients in the industry.

Your expertise will be an integral part to every aspect of the clients paid search strategy who will depend on you to develop and maintain measurable performance strategies. You will contribute to department and client growth while leading the day-to-day activities.

As a Senior Paid Search Analyst (Senior Account Executive level), you will play a crucial role in executing and optimizing search engine marketing campaigns to drive online visibility, traffic, and conversions for our clients. This position involves strategic planning, campaign implementation, and continuous analysis to ensure the success of digital marketing initiatives. As a key member of the paid digital marketing team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve client objectives and deliver outstanding results.

What youll do as you move with us:

  • Develop a deep understanding of client goals, target audience, and industry to inform SEM strategies.
  • Execute end-to-end SEM campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance analysis.
  • Stay informed with industry trends, SEM best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in SEM strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate SEM campaigns with broader digital marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations to optimize campaign performance.

Qualifications (Experience that contributes to your success):

  • 2-4 years of experience in search engine marketing.
  • Proficiency in using SEM platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and their integration with SEM efforts is a plus.
  • Agency experience or exposure to pharmaceutical marketing is preferred.
  • Desire to work in a diverse and inclusive organization as an active participant in culture initiatives, training opportunities and employee resource groups

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $40,000 to $85,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
