About the role

As a Partner Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our company's ISV Partners. Your primary objective will be to ensure the success and satisfaction of our Partners by understanding their business goals, providing guidance and support, and driving mutual growth and profitability. You will serve as a key liaison between our organization and our Partners, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with strategic partners, understanding their business objectives, and aligning them with our company's goals.
  • Partner Enablement: Work closely with partners to identify opportunities for growth and provide the necessary resources, training, and support to ensure their success in promoting our products or services.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and track partner performance against agreed-upon objectives, KPIs, and metrics, providing regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with partners to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to drive mutual growth and revenue.
  • Issue Resolution: Address partner concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions in a timely manner to ensure partner satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product, and support to ensure seamless partner integration, effective communication, and coordinated efforts.
  • Market and Competitive Positioning: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and ISV competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to help partners stay ahead in their respective markets.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, streamline partner onboarding and management processes, and implement best practices to enhance partner experience and overall success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in partner management, account management, or business development roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at various levels within partner organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful partner strategies, resulting in revenue growth and increased market share.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of the industry landscape, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tracking systems.
  • Willingness to travel, as needed, to meet with partners or attend industry events.

These considerations can cause your compensation to vary and will also be dependent on your location.
    The overall market range for this role is typically $110,000 - $130,000
