Marsh McLennan Human Resource Shared Services are looking to recruit a:


Senior Payroll Analyst



What you can expect?


Processing end-to-end execution of payroll tasks to establish and maintain accurate employee and payroll records in Workday. Produce accurate and timely payroll payments to employees.
This role is expected to aid in creating and maintaining standard operating procedures.
Supports the Payroll Ops Analyst(s), and management, by providing on-the-job training, guidance on complex issues, handling escalated employee payroll concerns and assistance using all job-related tools.
The Payroll Operations Sr. Analysts must excel in teamwork and communication.

Complete payroll data management
Handle quality and operational management
Complete transactional input
Adhere to standard operating procedures and company polices
Provide excellent customer service
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Deliver training and onboarding
Identify process improvements and implement new procedures

What you need to have:


Previous payroll processing experience or other relevant experience
Intermediate to advanced knowledge in payroll law and payroll production
Working knowledge of North America payroll laws and regulations
Strong communication (written & oral), organization and customer service skills
Strong computer and analytical skills in a Windows based environment including Excel, Outlook and Word
Strong knowledge of HRMS (i.e. Workday) and case management software (i.e. ServiceNow)

Bachelor Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Payroll Certification desired (PCP, FPC or CPP)
