Senior Power Platform Developer
Boston, Massachusetts
This is a remote position, and the candidate must be located in either the EST or CST time zone.

Requirement:
Minimum of 8 years of experience required to ensure well-rounded expertise
Strong communication skills with various business units
Some requirements gathering involved as the project is already in progress
Agile approach to work, involving development, validation with the business, and continuous iterations
Experience in SharePoint and pure power platform development alone is not sufficient
Proficiency in SQL, .Net, and Java, with prior experience in these areas
Hands-on development experience necessary
Familiarity with traditional software development beyond MS Power platform

job description:

The Senior Power Platform Developer will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and support of software solutions. This senior-level position will report to a Team Manager or Manager and will ensure that software development meets the clients' quality expectations. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in advanced programming, design patterns, and databases. They should be a proven team player capable of identifying development tasks across the application stack.
This role will be a key hands-on contributor in the software development life cycle, involving analysis, design, application development, and influencing development teams to achieve project goals. The successful candidate should be a self-starter capable of independently developing applications from start to finish with minimal supervision.
The primary responsibilities of this position include developing applications and ensuring that the application development efforts consistently meet the clients' business requirements, direction, and standards. The position requires strong technical expertise and may involve overseeing others in a technical or task management capacity. In larger projects, the role serves as a technical leader, supports specific areas of the business, and can lead smaller teams. Additionally, the candidate should be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
