We will count on you to:


Provide support for day-to-day troubleshooting, deployment of code (Java), and data models on lower environments.
Knowledge of Infrastructure components, such as Firewall, Load balancer etc.
Participates in support of infrastructures, applications and technology initiatives, both from an operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery
Collaborate with other technology teams and clients to deploy technology architectures and solutions



What you need to have:


Should have at least 7+ years of Infrastructure Support experience and good understanding of Operating System infrastructures (And / Or relevant Application specific Web/App infrastructure as appropriate) & public cloud (Azure/AWS) console management
Experience of client/server and enterprise environments (On Prem and Cloud)
Ability to structure and draft technical documentation
ITIL Certified or a strong working knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem and Change Management disciplines
Stakeholders relationship development and influencing skills
Ability to work under pressure and remain decisive
Deep understanding of Load Balancers, Firewalls, DNS, Cloud Technologies, DevOps, etc.
Strong background and understanding on Oracle iPlanet, Apache, Tomcat, WebLogic and other related J2EE Web/App Servers

Experience in handling Public Cloud infrastructure like AWS as preferred
Experience in handling Docker & Containers environment
Experience to automate routine tasks and find areas to automate getting done by team
