Were looking for a product designer to take PatientIQs software products to the next level. In this role, you will be critical in revamping our existing software experience and helping design our future features from the ground up. You will strategically ideate, build, measure, and improve the end-to-end experience for our patients and clinical users. Help advance medicine, medical research and improve patient outcomes by designing the face of data-driven medicine. Role Responsibilities - Work hand in hand with product managers and developers throughout the discovery, design, and development process to bring great ideas to life
- Understand your customer to build compelling journey scenarios, information architecture, interaction flows, and visual designs
- Leverage iterative prototyping to quickly test concepts and learn from customers through usability tests and user interviews
- Care equally about creating a great customer experience and generating business impact, and be creative and enthusiastic about achieving both
- Promote a culture of detailed feedback rooted in first principles, design rationale, customer data, and industry best practices by facilitating design reviews with various stakeholders
- Drive design decisions with data using our analytics tools and by partnering with product and data teams
- Support multiple projects simultaneously through effective communication and time management skill
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Customer Success to conduct exploratory research in the form of customer interviews, surveys, and field observation
- Shepherd and continue building out of our product's design system in Figma
Requirements Ideal Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in interaction design, product design, service design, or related field
- A strong understanding of UX first principles and information architecture
- Effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator
- Expertise conveying ideas and concepts through storyboarding, wireframing, and prototyping
- Experience working in an environment of rapid experimentation to innovate and using data to drive your decisions
- Mastery of design tools such as Figma or Sketch / InVision
- A portfolio demonstrating your strong craft, design thinking, and collaborative process
- Bachelors degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or other relevant field preferred, but not required
