Job Title: Senior Product Designer
Location: Redwood City, CA
Duration: Full Time wd End Client
End Client: Medical Equipment Domain
Note: - Process is phone screen, followed by an exercise, followed by 3-hour interview with 6-8 people.
We are a seeking a Sr. Product Designer to join a small, cross-functional product team help build and create products. The person would be working very closely with the CEO and he will have input on major features.
In this role you will:
Create delightful user experiences.
Be responsible for leading all aspects of a product's design and ensure consistency across product ecosystem.
Create responsive designs for mobile devices that translate seamlessly to desktop applications.
Prototype and iterate on ideas quickly to share with stakeholders, key opinion leaders, and user advisory groups.
Qualifications:
- Arts and Design background
- Excellent Visual and User Interface Design skills
- Passionate about creating simple, unique product experiences.
- Deep understanding of customers' needs and behaviors and ability to translate them into product definition.
- Detail oriented, independent learner willing to share UX knowledge and expertise as well as take constructive feedback.
- Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
