As a Product Manager, you will be directly involved with the growth and innovation of Fluent's proprietary ad serving platform. You will work with teams across multiple functions in order to create business driven products that support both internal and external users. This is an individual contributor role where you will have the opportunity to impact multiple Fluent Business Units and create innovative products across the organization.

What Youll Do

• Create product requirement documents in order to work with design and development teams to bring products to market.
• Research and collect business use cases and be able to communicate them to stakeholders.
• Market research to understand the competitive landscape and emerging new technologies.
• Collaborate with teams from multiple business units and maintain a holistic understanding of how they all funnel up to the overall product goals.
• Help to maintain the product roadmap

Requirements

• 6-8 Years of product management experience.
• Has led the development and implementation of products end to end.
• Ability to clearly communicate with peers, managers, and senior leadership both written and orally.
• Experience with product related tools for creating mockups, tracking tickets, and project organization.
• A willingness and excitement to learn and challenge yourself.
• Creative with the ability to innovate and originate ideas.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Technical understanding of engineering languages and data models.

Nice to Have:

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field
• Experience working with remote teams
• Experience working in digital advertising

Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000 - The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Fluent salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
