Senior Product Manager Location: US-CA-Los Angeles Email this job to a friend

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to direct product development and ensure a high return on investment (ROI.) Youll translate ideas into strategy and features, and follow product development from start to finish. To succeed in this role, you should be a perceptive and creative leader and a reliable problem-solver. If youre also confident and have a knack for knowing what ideas will and wont work, wed like to meet you.
Responsibilities - Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company's vision.
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.
- Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.
- Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD).
- Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
- Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.
- Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users.
Requirements - 3-5 years of experience working as a full-time Product Manager in a SaaS company, delivering complex products.
- Previous experience building and scaling a product team in a startup environment.
- Good understanding of working with APIs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience in presenting ideas to key contributors throughout an organization.
- Experience defining and helping develop new feature sets from inception to launch.
- Prior experience building and scaling a product team.
- Prior experience working with Engineering teams and UI/UX designers.
- Prior experience working with remote teams.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies in a Scrum environment.
- Experience in product lifecycle management.
- Background in software development and program management is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile framework.
- Organizational and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Creative thinking skills.
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- This is a remote position, but you must reside in California, Illinois, New York, Oregon, or Texas to work with us.
