We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to direct product development and ensure a high return on investment (ROI.) Youll translate ideas into strategy and features, and follow product development from start to finish. To succeed in this role, you should be a perceptive and creative leader and a reliable problem-solver. If youre also confident and have a knack for knowing what ideas will and wont work, wed like to meet you.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company's vision.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.
  • Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.
  • Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD).
  • Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
  • Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.
  • Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience working as a full-time Product Manager in a SaaS company, delivering complex products.
  • Previous experience building and scaling a product team in a startup environment.
  • Good understanding of working with APIs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience in presenting ideas to key contributors throughout an organization.
  • Experience defining and helping develop new feature sets from inception to launch.
  • Prior experience building and scaling a product team.
  • Prior experience working with Engineering teams and UI/UX designers.
  • Prior experience working with remote teams.
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies in a Scrum environment.
  • Experience in product lifecycle management.
  • Background in software development and program management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile framework.
  • Organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • Creative thinking skills.
  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • This is a remote position, but you must reside in California, Illinois, New York, Oregon, or Texas to work with us.
