What You'll Do You'll manage the development team's capabilities so we can deliver timely, high-quality products. Here's more on what you'll do: Drive release planning by defining solutions for validated market problems. Write detailed requirements and user stories. Maintaining a product backlog. Provide recommendations to scrum teams and partner with other stakeholders to ensure high-quality product delivery. Collaborate with engineering teams to define long-term strategy and market opportunities. Work closely with development teams to groom and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with stakeholder priorities. Who You Are You're a skilled multitasker who enjoys collaborating with other technical teams to deliver quality products. Here's what else you bring to the table: Minimum: A bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years of experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years of experience in a related field. Experience creating, prioritizing and recommending epics and features. The ability to manage the development lifecycle with the scrum team for multiple products. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred: 1+ years of experience as product owner and project manager in agile IT projects (SCRUM, SAFe Experience in the automotive business.
