MALKA is seeking a Senior Production Coordinator with experience coordinating content alongside commercial brands and managing client relationships. This person thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and is passionate about production. A strategic thinker to direct outside agencies/partners and manage all aspects of a production from concept through final delivery, ensuring that all elements conform to the brand.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Support the project producer
• Manage calendars and scheduling
• Assist with the execution of paperwork (Location Agreements, Crew Deal Memos, Rental Agreements, etc), shoot logistics/prep, and post production wrap materials.
• Liaise with external vendors, contractors and suppliers to source and secure necessary production resources, equipment and materials.
• Maintain budgets and track expenses for project(s)
• QC-ing graphics and captioned content
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines
• Continuously improve and optimize production processes, tools and workflows to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• 2 years of work experience in a client-facing organization or marketing/advertising agency
• Basic understanding of boxing and combat sports is a plus
• A deep understanding of pre-production, production and post-production
• Basic knowledge of managing graphics for live broadcasts
• Confident in facilitating interdepartmental collaboration
• Comfortability working with influencers and talent
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills, as well as good interpersonal skills are required
• Highly organized, efficient, able to multitask
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to track budgets on projects
• Familiarity with camera equipment and post-production software
• Elementary knowledge of live streaming a plus
• Experience with project management tools such as Monday, Expensify & Netsuite is a plus
• Required 4 days in office
• Weekday and weekend travel required, possible holiday travel
