Description

Our Client, a leader in commercial real estate and facilities/asset management is seeking to add a Senior Project Manager toits team. This role will work 100% REMOTE and work a standard business hours Monday - Friday. This is a contract for hire role that pays in the $46 per hour. Upon conversion this role offers increased compensation, an annual bonus plan, and a strong benefit package.

As a Senior Project Manager you will plan, direct, and coordinate activities within the IT Infrastructure Team to ensure goals and objectives are completed within prescribed time frames and funding parameters. You will direct, observe, document, and report on assigned technology projects. You will be monitoring project activities, ensuring quality and integrity in deliverables. You will direct multiple projects and be responsible for tracking and escalating issues in a timely manner. Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure is not necessary but must possess the ability to ask probing questions to sufficiently understand and direct the work of subject matter experts (SMEs).

Key Responsibilities:
Develop a strong understanding of the organization and with the technology objectives.
Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks
Assist with defining project objectives, scope, and level of effort
Execute on project strategies and plans and identify the necessary approach and tools required for the effort
Escalate project issues including timing, budget, resources, scope to upper management in a timely manner
Collaborate closely with the internal technical team on current infrastructure projects
Prepare project status reports and/or program summaries for management, business unit leaders, and IT management
Adhere to best project management practices and methodologies
