The Senior Project manager will equip markets, businesses, and functions with capabilities to develop, market, sell and deliver solutions. These capabilities will solve the needs of our customers ensuring consistency, scalability and re-use throughout

Your role:

Project initiation

Leading process gap analyses and proposing best practices as input for the project charter.

Reaching agreement at senior management level about project scope, deliverables, and planning in a project charter
Project planning

Collaborating with all team members in PSE and business, such as data expert, product owner, communication and change lead, business project manager, business SMEs, etc. to agree on an aligned plan for the deployment

Achieving sign-off from stakeholders on the project plan

Working in Azure DevOps to plan project activities
Project execution

Leading the deployment and transformation projects for Quote2Cash (Q2C) processes and tools

Delivery of the agreed scope according to the deployment plan

Achieving sign-off from stakeholders for go-live

Working in Azure DevOps to track the completion of project activities

Project closure

Leading hyper-care activities to ensure that business users are satisfied with the new process and tool

Ensuring that any open issues are resolved prior to formal closure

Administrative closure of the project

Quality

Following standards and procedures for deployment projects (SIM Light + specific ways of working agreed for Enterprise Informatics)

Contributing to common process & tool deployment approach for Enterprise Informatics

You're the right fit if:


University degree desirable in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or other related field or equivalent combination of academic and work experience

Minimum 7 years experience as a project manager in the deployment of commercial processes in the software industry

Deep understanding of quoting, billing and order fulfillment capabilities and ability to map stakeholder needs to the processes and tools that have been defined for Enterprise Informatics.

Proven experience in communication with and influencing of stakeholders at senior management level

Proven experience in organizational change management in software businesses

Good understanding of and hands-on experience with Zuora and Apttus platforms.

Quality and regulatory requirements understanding

Strong collaborative skills

Professional demeanor and strong communication skills

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor and influence other senior colleagues

Fluent in English, verbal and written
