Description:

1)This classification requires a minimum of seven (7) years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible experience applying PM principles, methods, techniques, and tools. At least five (5) years of that experience must have been as a senior PM of one or more *large or complex IT projects.

2) Possession of a bachelor's degree, which will be verified during the RFO process. (Four (4) years of experience can be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.)

The Respondent must submit a copy of the degree for each staff.

3) Each staff must be certified as:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI). The PMP certification is required and may not be substituted with additional experience.

The Respondent must submit a copy of the certification.

4) Minimum of four (4) years of experience in any combination listed below:

· Providing Information Technology (IT) Consulting Services in Project Management

· Managing Healthcare related Projects through the Project Management Lifecycle

· Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Desirable Qualifications:

1) Two or more of the proposed consultants for the Sr. Project Manager have at least one (1) year experience in planning for an Enterprise Healthcare System specifically Electronic Health Record and Behavioral Health System.

2) Two or more of the proposed consultants for the Sr. Project Manager have at least one (1) year experience as a team member in implementing an Enterprise Healthcare System specifically Electronic Health Record and Behavioral Health System.

3) Two or more of the proposed consultants for the Sr. Project Manager have at least one (1) year experience in managing Healthcare systems through the State of California's Department of Technology (CDT) Project Approval Lifecycle Stage Gates process.

4) Two or more of the proposed consultants for the Sr. Project Manager have at least one (1) year experience in managing the procurement of an Enterprise Healthcare Systems specifically Electronic Health Record and Behavioral Health System.

• Two or more of the proposed consultants for the Sr. Project Manager have at least one (1) year experience in managing the implementation of an Enterprise Healthcare System specifically Electronic Health Record and Behavioral Health System.
