You’ll use GAAP, accrual, cash accounting skills to oversee AP, AR; you’ll spearhead : CAM / bank recs, monthly closing, cash flow projections, financial statement and budget prep, GL, sales tax reporting and mortgage payments. Construction accounting and draw packages.
