Title: Senior Quality Engineer
Qualification: BE or Diploma ECE/EEE/EIE
Experience: 7 10years
CTC: 3.50 5.50 LPA
Reporting To: Operations Manager / Plant Head
Location: Coimbatore
Responsibilities:
shop floor Process Monitoring.
Conduct meeting with CFT for online NCR issues to get CAPA.
Conduct ECN meeting to ensure the document update, release and implementation.
Providing approval for production process.(First piece approval).
Hourly sampling inspection to ensure the process running under control.
Follow up Quality inspection as per standards.(IPC -610H)
To make PCB Gerber verification & Approval.
To handle inspection team and to Analysis and solve the internal process issues.
To do patrol inspection to ensure the process, 5S and ESD maintained properly
To Conduct ESD audit, 5S audit and process audit.
To conduct internal audit.
Issuing all the controlled copy and maintain documents in production line.
Ensure Calibration of measuring equipments by internal or external.
IGI Activities.
SI- Cable inspection and approval process.
PDIR &Quality Alert Report preparation.
Technical support for production.
