A growing flexible packaging company in the Greater Milwaukee area is seeking a Senior Quote Analyst. This will be a hybrid position and will report directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing. Experience with Salesforce CPQ is a must.

Prepare customer quotes promptly to support team goals.
Maintain the quote system and update raw material cost adjustments.
Maintain company standard margin goals.
Make recommendations to improve the system to manage quotations.
Develop competitive pricing strategies with the sales team based on customer demand and commitment level.
Facilitate communication with Purchasing, Packaging Application Engineers & Product Development to accurately reflect raw materials to be quoted.
Assist teams in gathering and analyzing data for metrics and root cause analysis process.
Coordinate training of back-up and maintaining process procedures.
