Job Description:The analyst will work within a rapidly changing and growing environment to manage projects that will provide automated solutions using Robotics and other automation technologies. Management of projects will include working with business groups to understand an existing process, design and document an automated solution, coordinate development and testing activities and deliver the process into the production environment.The Value You DeliverThe successful candidate will act as a liaison between business groups, RPA Developers, the RPA management team, Risk Management and other Stakeholders and will be responsible for managing projects including process design, technical documentation and coordination of development and testing activities. Automation solutions will primarily consist of robotics process automation on the Blue Prism platform but will utilize other technologies as needed. Project Management: Manage the end-to-end project by ensuring that all defined process steps, controls and required documentation is completed Process Analysis: Redesign existing and new business processes and controls to fit within an automation framework with an eye toward risk reduction and/or creating efficiencies Delivery Management: Coordinate with business units and developers to manage the implementation and validation of new automated processes Ongoing Process Support: Manage production automation schedules and respond to process failures How Your Work Impacts the OrganizationProject implementation will result in improved quality, reduced risk and efficiency gains through the deployment of RPA and other automation solutions which will add new controls and eliminate repetitive work while allowing associates to focus on other critical tasks.The Expertise and Skills You BringSkills that are key to the role: Ability to drive a project forward Analytical skills and solution mind-set Multitasking between projects Ability to adopt change (change management) Communication skills (verbal & written) Understanding of the software delivery lifecycle Skills that are good to have for the role: Understanding the RPA development platform (Blue Prism) Programming languages including Python, C#, VB.NET, SQL, Java, XML, JSON Blue Prism backend automation (code based / API) WI business domain & system understanding Automation experience will be an added advantage The expertise we are looking for: College degree or comparable work experience 5+ Years of Project Management/Business Analysis experience Certifications:Company OverviewFidelity Investments is a privately held company with a mission to strengthen the financial well-being of our clients.
