Job Details

Our Brand and Shopper team is looking for a passionate senior researcher to join us in delivering excellence to our clients. In this role you will be managing the day to day running of our projects both internally and externally with our clients, with the support of seniors in the team. We ultimately aim to grow our clients businesses, through developing a deep understanding of their brands, through unpacking the impact of their marketing activities against their strategies and identifying potential growth opportunities for their brands. You will suit this role if you are passionate about marketing, brands, and research in general, manage your time well, have strong attention-to-detail, are passionate, confident and able to grasp new concepts quickly.
As a SRE, you will be supporting Account Managers and Associate Directors in successfully delivering Brand and Shopper research to the portfolio clients. You will partner with teams working on brand equity programmes and shopper research.
You will assist Account Managers and Associate Directors in building client relationships on pitches/proposals, demonstrating sector expertise & insight.


KEY OUTCOMES FOR THE ROLE:



Client, Strategy & Research

Managing internal and client timelines
Questionnaire design and analysis plan
Online Script checking
Data checking and additional Data analysis development using RFS/SPSS platform
Developing Presentation charting templates and occasional charting for additional analysis
Presenting internal and client dry runs
Gather client, industry and category knowledge
Send out project debriefs to client and apply feedback for future projects
Attend and participate in client meetings/brainstorm session
Handle simple client project queries regarding delivery related issues
Create Central Business and Research Question - and let this inform and guide analysis and presentation process
Set up brainstorms: Proposal, Questionnaire design, Analysis plan & Data Processing Specs, Telling the story with data


People and interpersonal orientation

Work co-operatively as a team player to accomplish team goals
Build and manage relationships across internal stakeholders eg. Project management team


Commercial

Ensuring operational efficiency on projects and putting plans into place for improvement we relevant
Involvement in Client proposals


ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in the research (or related industry)
Analytical ability with proven numeracy skills (Skills will be tested)
Computer literacy proficiency on all MS Office packages
Strong attention to detail
Marketing knowledge and a thorough understanding of marketing research principles
Learning mindset - quick learner / able to grasp concepts easily
Confident and able to build relationships with people easily
Proactive and with a positive attitude
Work cooperatively to accomplish team goals
Ability to take ownership and to work independently
