AUP Mohali invites applications for the following posts to be filled up on contract basis under DSTSERB- INAE, GOI sponsored project Splas-H-oli: R Art of India sanctioned vide letter Ref. No. 2023/DGRI/Cat-1/01.
The selected candidate will be initially given appointment for a period of two years. The appointment is co-terminous with the term of the project. The same may be extended on the basis of performance and availability of funds. However, the contract can be cut short if the conduct and performance of the candidate is not upto the mark.

General Information & Conditions:
The total duration of the project is two years and is co-terminus with the full term of the project. However, the selected candidates will be initially given appointment for a period of one year, which may be extended further annually upto the total duration of the project, on the basis of performance of the candidate & availability of budget.
The applicant must be a citizen of India.

All applicants must fulfill requirements of the post and other conditions stipulated in the advertisement as on the last date of submission of application i.e. 31.03.2024. They are advised to satisfy themselves before applying that they possess at least the essential qualifications laid down for the posts as on the last date of submission of application.
In case of receipt of large number of applications, only short-listed candidates will be called for interview. The criterion for short listing the candidates will be on the basis of essential qualifications and/or experience gained in the relevant field.
In case of Universities/Institute awarding CGPA etc. candidates are requested to convert the same into percentage based on the formula as per their University/Institute guidelines. Copy of conversion factor to be attached.
The application for the said post should be accompanied by self-attested copies of the relevant educational qualification, experience certificate. The prescribed qualifications should have been obtained through recognized Universities/Institutions etc. Incomplete applications received without the required certificates/documents are liable to be rejected.
Incomplete applications (i.e. without photograph, unsigned and applicable testimonials etc.) will not be entertained and will be summarily rejected.
The decision of AUPM in all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of applications, mode of selection and conduct of interview will be final and binding on the candidates.

Self-Attested photocopies of all education qualifications certificates as well as mark sheets.
Self-Attested photocopy of reservation issued by the competent authority.
Self -Attested photocopy of experience certificates, if any.
All other supportive documents in support of the application.
