As a
Senior S&A Consultant
youll be responsible for
product backlog for SAP S&A and drive team towards process improvements and Automation.


Minimum of 8 years experience in SAP Security & Authorizations. Experience with setting up authorization models within large multinationals. Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP GRC Access control. Experience in reducing SoD conflicts within large multinationals.

Skills

Generic
Profound knowledge on authorizations in SAP ECC
Profound knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control (preferably SAP GRC certification 12.0). Specifically, ARA including sod ruleset definitions
Sufficient knowledge of SAP ECC functionality and how this translates to authorizations
Experience in setting up SoD/Access governance model and processes
Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS access
Skilled in SQL
Ability to translate technical (S&A) matters into functional /Business impact
Communication skills
Fluent in English
Collaboration and networking skills
Able to work closely with analytics experts, Business representatives and IT (S&A) Operations

Specific
Able to run Risk Analysis for large sets of users
Able to run Action usage for large sets of users
Ability to extract (large) data sets from GRC and ECC systems
Ability to work with large data sets
Ability to model SAP access related data (e.g., Risk Analysis, Action Usage (large), Role information, SOD ruleset info) in order to provide reporting that meets customer requirement
Provide technical recommendations for possible role removal and alternatives
Able to fully analyse this data and present for decision making
Provide answers on what-if scenarios regrading role removals and their impact. Suggest alternatives on role removal, role modification and information on role set up.
Able to translate SU53 into a recommendation for role assignment based on request for restoring access
Ability to support test user-based authorization testing in collaboration with business users and process experts
Preferably, experience in setting up SoD did-do queries for SAP

Additional Activities in Long term :
1) Define deliverables for project zero along with internal controls and help deliver the ones for WIAM team
2) Recommendation and follow up on execution of role changes to reduce SoDs
3) Provide sap authorization expertise within SoD workshops and later SoD ruleset modifications based on workshop outcome.
4) Support can-do reporting and helping to set up mitigation and delegation process for SoDs
5) Help set up did-do reporting on SoDs and in turn support SoD reduction
6) Work together with business key user for access requests coming in to help set up access for users without causing conflicts (bi-directional learning between authorization expert and Key user). This activity will be performed group by group during project phase.
7) Help setting up access request management process and SoD governance model for future which ensures SoDs stay in control and access is assigned based on role position matrix. Once finalized and signed, help in implementation the process:
a) Both technically (e.g., MSMP changes in GRC, custom TCODE creation with ABAP on usage data, deactivating copy user in GRC, better using GRC attributes to support the process etc.) and,
b) Functionally (e.g., supporting preparation of training materials for Key users and approvers)
