Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales processes, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and overall sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the sales team.
  • Implement and maintain sales analytics tools and systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular sales forecasting and pipeline analysis to support sales planning and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage sales budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure alignment with financial objectives.
  • Drive the implementation and adoption of CRM and sales automation tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Identify training and development needs for the sales team and coordinate with the training department to deliver appropriate programs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges for the sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior-level position.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools. Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
