Job Description Skillset Requirements - Candidate should possess 5 to 8 years of experience.
- Fluent written and spoken knowledge of the English language to be able to work in an

- Ensure the team follows the process and design patterns properly.
- Executes Performance and Security risk analysis and submits reports for consumption
- Investigates problem areas and troubleshoots and resolves issues or provides work around
- until a more permanent fix is available.
- Analyzes and makes recommendations regarding coding standards, technology
- improvements, development tools, best practices and process improvement.
Educational Requirements - UG: B. Tech/B.E. -Any Specialization, Computers, Electronics/Telecommunication
- PG:MS/M. SC (Science) -Any Specialization, Computers, M. Tech -Any Specialization,
Computers, Electronics/Telecommunication, MCA -Computers, Other. Technical Requirements Mandatory - .NET WinForms Programming (C#/VB.NET)
- Experience in working on web-based / client server-based software systems,
- Front end and back-end experience
- Good basic understanding of Object-oriented software design.
- Generic DVLP approach (SDLC)
- Good basic understanding of Software development life cycle practices on
- Requirement Analysis, Software Design, Software Development, Unit Testing,
- Functional Testing.
- MS SQL database
- Experience in solving SQL performance issues and knowledge of the performance
- fine tuning tools.
- Good knowledge of Design Patterns implementation.
Good to have - Good basic understanding of how REST services work.
- Understanding of modern application architecture and design patterns Azure
- knowledge
- [Infragistics /TX text control /MS power platform]
- UI/UX design experience
- Proficiency developing and troubleshooting complex software systems that run in
- mixed environments (Cloud + On Premise).
- Experience working in Agile teams.
- Healthcare domain experience ideally LIS or LIMS systems
- Unit testing automation experience
