Comfortable to interact with Customer
Experience in C#, (link removed) Dot NET Framework, MSSQL, API Integration and web services
Responsibilities
Application support in a very visible manner and highly demanding operational environment
To do Troubleshoot and Resolve application issues escalated by customer
To work with development team to assess issues and test for solutions
To Analyze application data to assess performance and uncover problems
