Chegg, Inc. seeks Senior Software Engineer in Santa Clara, CA:

Job Duties: Work closely with analysts, designers, and website engineers to plan advertisement technology strategy and develop features to maximize user experiences and company revenue. Provide feedback during code-reviews. Manage the traffic allocation and experimentation of billions of ads yearly and provide critical data and support to the reporting metrics pipeline. Contribute to the codebase that is responsible for generating programmatic revenue and the Writing Tools organization. Own the execution of projects and features through release. Mentor junior engineers. Telecommuting permitted. Salary: $190,000 to $218,500.

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a software engineering-related position.

Special Skill Requirements: At least one (1) year with each of the following skills: 1. Python; 2. Java; 3. JavaScript; 4. NodeJS; 5. ReactJS; 6. AWS; 7. MySQL; 8. Docker; 9. HTML and CSS; and, 10. Kubernetes.
