SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER Are you passionate about shaping the future of the cloud? If so, we at are looking for you. We looking for *multiple* experienced product managers for the Hybr Platform across the Hybrid Cloud Ops, Cloud Fin Ops, and Cloud Reseller Commerce product teams. Building on top of the existing customer base and rich set of integrations, you will help leverage AI and ML to make Hybrid Cloud Operations (Cloud Ops) a breeze and exciting for our customers. With the integrated Cloud Cost Management (Cloud FinOps) you will help optimize cloud spend, deliver advanced analytics, and recommend and orchestrate workload placements, so every dollar spent, and every resource deployed brings back the best ROI (Return on Investment) for our customers. Hybr Reseller Commerce Platform is the leading platform used by service providers, as a product manager here you will help analyze the emerging business requirements, bring in top integrations that help drive business processes, and deliver full self-service for managing marketplace, pricing, and cloud billing. You will employ the latest data analytics and algorithms to deliver anomaly detection and predictions across a large volume of data. You will be the main driving force behind your product line, and you are expected to bring in years of experience in customer obsession, challenge assumptions to foster an innovative culture, and the ability to create clarity in ambiguous situations. Objectives Market Research: Spends significant time with clients/customers, is skilled and formulating and directing appropriate research and at analysis of sales, research, and market data, and effectively conveys insights. Business Skills: Understands financial analysis and can develop P&L, ROI, and payback analysis, and can create effective business cases that support sound investment decisions. Requirements: Effectively defines market and customer needs and maps these to product features within the documentation, communicates and coordinates with the development team to establish understanding, consistently articulating a clear product vision in the language of the client/customer. Product Management Process: Understands and utilizes the Product Management process and gate decision criteria, effectively creates needed artifacts, set production timelines for cross-functional teams, understands the responsibilities of all stakeholders throughout the process, and keeps them appropriately informed and engaged. Communication: Communicates succinctly and effectively with all parties, negotiates, and influences to achieve desired outcomes, and is an effective presenter. Leadership: Is recognized as a leader of product initiatives, keeps the product team aligned on product vision and goals, can predict results of actions, actively seeks new opportunities for growth and/or to achieve other business priorities, effectively able to prioritize business, customer and product innovation needs, secures adequate attention and resources to accomplish objectives. Responsibilities Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams. Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI. Analyze market data to develop sales strategies and define product objectives for effective marketing communications. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams working closely with the project manager to develop, QA, support, and release products, and balance resources to ensure success for your product line. Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Cloud Assert across primary market segments. Set and own goals related to product relevancy, usability, SaaS metrics such as Net Promoter Score, Churn, track the relevant metrics, report to management & team, and own the goal targets. Bachelors Degree and 8+ years experience in product/project/program management or software development. High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams. Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation, and Ability tobuildeffectiverelationships, influence, and collaborate at all speaking skills. organizational levels. Strong ideation combined with strong execution skills, for self and ability to get work done through others. Business acumen, analytical, and detail-oriented. Required skills and qualifications
