Role Responsibilities
Utilizing a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, includingApex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SalesforceAPIs, the developer collaborates closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions. Demonstrate strong capabilities in assessing business needs while providing creative and effective solutions in conformance to emerging technology standards. Interface and collaborate with other team-members in geographically distributed locations. Strong emphasis on customer journey, product quality, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and continuous development Develop technical & domain expertise and apply the same in solving business challenges. Estimate technology efforts, plan implementation, and roll out applications with cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
Role Requirements
A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a Software Engineering function, financial industry preferred. Hands-on experience in implementing Salesforce solutions. Must have at least one Salesforce Dev certification. Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption. Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views,Apexclasses and other content of advanced complexity Strong understanding of (link removed) best practices and functionality Understanding of REST and SOAP-basedAPIsusingMuleESB flows withAPI-led connectivity architecture. Familiarity with AWS is a plus. Hands-on experience building a microservices-based architecture is a plus.

Salary
The annual gross base salary range is $85,600 -$112,500 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies.
