Job Title: Senior Specialist Q. A
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Durham, NC

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or equivalent
1-3 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry with working knowledge of regulatory expectations for the manufacture and testing of sterile pharmaceutical products
Quality assurance oversight of sterile manufacturing with experience in environmental monitoring
Water sampling/filtration experience, utility monitoring, and aseptic technique preferred
SAP and/or GLIMS experience a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a team

Responsibilities:
Conduct environmental monitoring in aseptic environments
Collect and process water samples
Perform component and product release testing
Maintain strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships
80% lab/shop floor work, 20% paperwork

Note:
Shift is mostly days but can include early morning or later shift from time to time.
