Your responsibilities:
Manage own portfolio of membership clients on EMEA market
Provide advanced support to clients with day-to-day queries around Mercer products and services
Manage the process of collection, verification and interpretation of compensation and policy data
Deliver custom trainings, onboardings and Mercer tools demo for clients
Prepare reports, presentations and compensation and policy data checks for our clients
Continue knowledge development in field of compensation and benefits
Review work and train junior colleagues on survey methodology, tools and processes
Our requirements:
Very good German
Minimum 2 years experience in a comp & ben and/or customer support environment
Fluent written and spoken English
Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, assuming ownership of tasks and taking proactive approach to work
Proficient communication skills and ability to cooperate effectively across different levels of the organization (internally and externally)
Analytical skills and a good understanding of statistics
Proficient in MS Office (especially in Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of advanced functions would be desirable
Availability for a full-time position (Monday-Friday, flexible 8-10 a.m. 4-6 p.m.)
What makes you stand out:
Quality management knowledge: familiarity with quality management principles, such as Six Sigma/LEAN
Experience in working with large and complex numerical databases and the ability to understand how they function
