The Role

As a Senior Supply Chain Analytics Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in our Supply Chain North America (SCNA) team. If you're a detail-oriented, data-savvy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this position is tailor-made for you. We're seeking a self-motivated, analytical thinker who is eager to learn, apply knowledge, and make a real impact.

What You'll Do

Unleash Your Analytical Powers: Dive into data, identify trends, and help shape our strategic targets and budgets. Your insights will be instrumental in forecasting and modeling.

Master the Art of Reporting: Create and maintain accurate data within our systems. Craft compelling reports to communicate our progress, both internally and externally.

Invoicing Pro: Take charge of managing our invoicing process, ensuring the smooth processing of over 200 monthly invoices and liaising with our partners to resolve payment issues.

Data Superhero: Oversee data entry and reconciliation, ensuring data integrity and quality checks, while collaborating with other teams to address discrepancies.

Documentation Extraordinaire: Prepare narratives and reports that guide our food sourcing strategy and goals. You'll be the storyteller of our Supply Chain narrative, updating it as per stakeholder requests.

Supporting the Supply Chain: Back up the allocations process, ensuring the seamless flow of product across our departments. You'll be a key player in maintaining our operational balance.

Your Qualifications

Relevant Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience in a related field, with a background in financial reporting, logistics, or customer service.

Educational Background: A bachelor's degree is preferred, but we also value related courses, professional training, and relevant work experience.
