Hire Resolve's client is looking for a Senior Tax Manager to join their team in Seattle, Washington. As a Senior Tax Manager, you will use your tax expertise to support clients with tax planning, compliance, and reporting. You will be responsible for ensuring that clients are in compliance with tax laws, maximizing their tax return while minimizing their tax liabilities, and providing guidance on tax issues. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Lead and manage tax engagements, including preparation and review of tax filings
• Connect with clients and provide timely and accurate tax-related advice
• Research and analyze tax laws and regulations
• Review and evaluate the work of staff
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to reduce clients' tax liabilities
• Communicate complex tax issues to clients in a clear and easy-to-understand manner

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a CPA or EA license
• +4 years of experience in tax accounting with a public accounting firm
• Proficient in tax return preparation and review
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks

Benefits

• Salary: $130K/yr - $215K/yr, salary negotiable
