NOW HIRING: ENTHUSIASTIC SENIOR TAX MANAGER FROM TAMPA FL!

Hire Resolve's client (Respected Regional Accounting Firm) based in Tampa, Florida is currently seeking a Sr Tax Manager for an exciting new opportunity. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the tax reporting, compliance, and planning functions. You will work closely with clients to provide strategic tax advice, identify tax planning opportunities, and help with tax issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple tax engagements and clients to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, identifying areas for process improvement and providing guidance on tax-related matters
• Manage and review the work product of team members, providing technical expertise and guidance as needed
• Supervise and mentor team members, encouraging growth and development
• Research and consult on complex tax issues, providing recommendations and solutions to clients
• Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to applicable regulations and laws
• Participate in business development initiatives, cultivating relationships with potential and existing clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Active CPA license
• 5+ years of experience in tax compliance and planning, including experience with multi-state taxation
• Strong technical knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong leadership and management experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits

• Salary: $110K/yr - $165K/yr, salary negotiable
