Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Team Leader In Automobile to join our team at Aline HR Consultancy. As a Senior Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of automotive professionals, ensuring efficient operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering or a related field Proven experience. as a Team Leader or Supervisor in the automobile industry Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes Excellent leadership and team management skills Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities Solid organizational and time management skills Proficiency in using computer software and automotive diagnostic tools Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in the automobile industry Roles And Responsibilities Manage and lead a team of automotive professionals, including mechanics, technicians, and support staff Ensure efficient and smooth operations in the automobile department, including timely repair and maintenance of vehicles Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of services, including procurement, inventory management, and quality control Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in automotive repair and maintenance Handle customer escalations and ensure prompt resolution of issues Maintain accurate records of vehicle repairs, maintenance, and other departmental activities Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends in the automotive sector Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements
