JK Seva, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infor - M3 Consultant to join our dynamic team in the Information Technology and Services industry. We are in search of M3 consultants who have the ability to multi-task and organize effectively to meet customer service level expectations, demonstrate strong analytical skills and develop solutions to problems independently and through facilitating team discussions, prioritizing workload, meeting deadlines, and managing competing priorities under pressure.

• M3 Finance Senior Consultant
  • Experience with Infor M3 Financial and Costing Management Infor M3 Application (13.4) Certifications highly desired
  • Knowledge in manufacturing and distribution industries
  • Skills: M3A/M3 Applications Products/Functional/Implementation
• M3 Manufacturing Consultant
  • Knowledge in manufacturing and distribution industries
  • Skills: M3A/M3 Applications Products/Functional/Implementation
• M3 Customer Order Management (COM)
  • Functional experience with an understanding of Supply Chain Management implementing large global projects with warehouses and manufacturing plants
• M3 Functional Consultant
  • Need strong M3 Functional resource who has Sale tools, sales and rentals.

Responsibilities

• ERP Management: Administer and optimize the Infor M3 ERP system to meet the organization's financial needs. Ensure data integrity, system functionality, and user training
• Financial Reporting: Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards within the Infor M3 system, ensuring accurate and timely financial information for management.
• Financial Analysis: Perform in-depth financial analysis using Infor M3 data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.
• Process Improvement: Streamline financial processes within Infor M3 to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Implement best practices and automation where applicable.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with finance and operations teams to create budgets and forecasts within the Infor M3 system. Monitor and analyze budget variances.
• Financial Compliance: Ensure that financial transactions and reporting within Infor M3 comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Data Integration: Manage data integration between Infor M3 and other financial systems, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency.
• User Support and Training: Provide support to finance users of the Infor M3 system, including training and troubleshooting.
• Vendor Relationship: Collaborate with Infor or other ERP-related vendors for system upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles with a focus on ERP systems, Infor M3.
• Proficiency in Infor M3 or similar ERP systems.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in system testing and troubleshooting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
