• 7+ years of Project Management expertise


• Has an IT Consulting background (Implementation / Rollout of IT Applications)


• Application Development and Application Maintenance Focused


• Experience in Agile projects


• Have an understanding of SDLC


• Should be hands-on experience, truly leading a project team as opposed to just managing a portfolio or performing PMO tasks


• A project manager who has a background in Developing software / configuring systems or an IT consulting background

• Setting up workshops with the customer and IT Solution experts together requirements in a structured manner


• Setting up a realistic project timeline for design, implementation and test based on effort estimations obtained from IT solution experts


• Controlling of project finances


• Managing the project team


• Keeping project stakeholders on customer and IT side updated and engaged


• Risk Management
