Position Description Working for a dynamic team in a fast-paced client environment. We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic functional testing subject matter expert to join our growing team. In this role you would be responsible for end-to-end testing of telecom products and services to ensure their functionality, performance, and reliability. You should have proven leadership skills, the ability to think critically and problem-solve, and a track-record of ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met. Future duties and responsibilities: Create and maintain test deliverables and artifacts (test plans, test cases, test results summary) to test complex applications and system integrations to validate product features and functionality. Conduct end-to-end testing of telecom products and services to ensure their functionality, performance, and reliability. Identify and document software defects, issues, and enhancement opportunities using bug tracking systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, project managers, business analysts, and support staff, Plan using structured testing methodologies to ensure smooth release cycles. Conduct regression testing to ensure that previously identified defects have been resolved and new functionality works as intended. Participate in Scrum ceremonies, sprints, releases, demos, and validations. Planning and scheduling of resources, deliverables, execution, etc. as part of the Test Plan document Confirming test scenario approval by Business Analyst and Development Escalating and resolving issues and risks Coordinating the test environment Hosting defect meetings Creating test sign off documents Required qualifications: Familiarity with Avaya and CXone is strongly recommended. Experience as a QA resource in the telecom industry, contact center operations, or network infrastructure. Basic understanding of telecom protocols, technologies, and standards Experience with bug tracking and test management systems (e.g., Jira, ALM) is strongly recommended. Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies, best practices, and industry standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. Self-motivated with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks independently.
