Location/Workplace

Denver/hybrid preferred, but US remote will be considered.

About the Role

This role is responsible for ensuring internal data integrity and integration between our Trade Promotions Management tool (iTPM) and Master Data. The Senior Trade Systems Analyst is responsible for establishing and updating customer agreements, managing payouts for customer rebates and other end-user agreements along with supporting and providing technical guidance to our internal teams.

What Youll Do

  • Engage with sales, sales planning and sales finance teams to build capabilities in our TPM system.
  • Manages the Trade Promotions Management (TPM) Tool to include all troubleshooting, incident ticket creations, user testing, and training.
  • Contribute to maximizing system accuracy, uptime, and performance for the solution.
  • Enter agreements into the trade promotion database (iTPM).
  • Complete system upgrades, changes, add new users and conduct trainings on the TPM tool
  • Maintain agreement documentation, including set up and revisions.
  • Audit customer accruals on-going to ensure our financial records are accurately represented; communicate variances to stakeholders.
  • Assist in development of trade promotion reporting to drive trade efficiency.
  • Monitor accuracy of promotions loaded into the trade management system and are executed as agreed upon by Finance and Sales.
  • Monitor volume incentive programs for adjustments or payments.
  • Aid in the research of customer gross to net sales activities.
  • Audit third party sales (broker) commission agreements.
  • Partner with sales & finance to uncover opportunities for improved ROI
  • Analyze effectiveness, efficiency, and ROI of key customer specific events
  • Bring visibility, transparency, and analytical rigor to pricing and trade promotions.

Requirements

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Analytics or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, analytics, IT or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience with ERP systems and TPM tools
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Experience within the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry
  • ERP system experience (NetSuite preferred)
  • Must be proficient in Excel; Data Visualization tool experience a plus
  • Working knowledge of Syndicated Data (SPINS, IRI, and/or Nielsen)
  • Ability to think creatively and solve problems, using sound judgement
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced dynamic work environment
  • Results driven with a focus on high performance, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate cross functionally
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams)

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $92,000 to $100,000 USD/year. This position is also eligible for short- and long-term incentives. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experience.
