Asiatic International Corp is a dynamic and rapidly growing start-up with a focus on Quality & Training for Work From Home Freelancers (link removed) We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality & Training Manager to join our Team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and excellence in our operations. Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Quality Standards:

Establish and maintain comprehensive quality control procedures and ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices. Continuously monitor processes, products, and services to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.


Training Program Development:

Design, implement, and oversee training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. These training programs should focus on enhancing technical competencies, soft skills, and overall professional development.


Performance Evaluation:

Regularly assess employee performance, identifying strengths and areas for improvement. Work closely with department heads to address any performance issues and provide feedback and coaching to enhance individual and team performance.


Process Optimization:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and improve productivity across the organization. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.


Quality Audits:

Conduct regular audits to evaluate adherence to quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Develop action plans based on audit findings to address any non-conformities.


Customer Experience:

Champion a customer-centric approach and work to enhance customer satisfaction. Analyze customer feedback and implement strategies to improve customer experience and loyalty.


Data Analysis:

Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, make informed decisions, and drive quality improvements throughout the organization.


Training Effectiveness:

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through various metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to ensure maximum impact.


Team Management:

Lead, motivate, and support the training and quality control teams. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.


Revenue Sharing:

As a 50% Revenue-Sharing Position, the Quality & Training Manager will have a Direct impact on the company's Mission Success. They will be rewarded based on their contributions to achieving Revenue and quality Targets.


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Management or a related discipline. A Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience in quality management, training and development, or a similar role.

In-depth knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, process optimization, and training program design.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Excellent leadership and communication abilities to inspire and guide teams effectively.

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

Experience in a start-up environment is advantageous.
