Position: Travel Consultant

Role and Responsibilities

• Good knowledge of ticketing.
• Creation of PNR, Issuance, Re-issuance, Refund, Cancellation, Date Change, Voluntary & Involuntary changes.
• Hands-on experience on issuing Domestic & International tickets using CRS Amadeus / Galileo can apply.
• Willing to work in Implants as well as Back Office.
• Experience in handling International itineraries, destinations, corporate fares & airline updates.
• Experience in Corporate / SOTO ticketing background
• Should be comfortable in Rotational shift

Experience in Corporate Ticketing is mandatory
