Delivers world-class user interaction designs from concept to launch for new and existing web application functionality. Produces storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to help the entire product team understand the desired customer experience. Discovers new insights, understands user needs, and evaluates design solutions. Evaluates user flow and product features; continually enhances the design of applications to optimize user flow. Identifies inconsistencies and recommends options for improving the visual design or experience of the product. Assists in UX research activities (e.g., stakeholder and user interviews/surveys) to understand business requirements. Presents designs to stakeholders and developers to explain design decisions and solicit feedback; incorporates feedback into subsequent iterations. Describes users and their activities through personas, scenarios, and customer journey maps. Collaborates on and develops deliverables, including information architecture and content strategy. Explains and presents design succinctly and effectively to help stakeholders understand the reasons behind the design. Partners with product management and development to define deliverables and scope for projects. Drives design through data; builds methods to collect and analyze data from user interactions. Translates design decisions into style guide, patterns, and reusable components for teammates to utilizing in building the product. Implements strategies for standardizing design patterns across the site to speed the development velocity across the team. Carries out research and discovery work to identify pain points and areas that require focus. Scopes UX work and structuring the project. Reviews business implication of decisions and aligns work with the strategic goal. Verifies special project requirements with key internal or external clients. Provides leadership to the team in the success of meeting project goals. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, emerging web technologies, and designing for multiple devices; serves as subject matter resource to other design team members. Fulfills multiple project requests while simultaneously meeting tight production deadlines.

5 years of experience in web/visual design or in any occupation in which the experience was gained. Demonstrated experience in: Designing websites from concept to launch; Defining information architecture; Building interactive prototypes; Implementing changes in CSS and HTML in an Angular environment; Responsive design; User testing; UX design; Designing apps for real estate, property, energy management, investment, and accounting; Design custom frameworks; Integrating matrix data with a number of apps; Responsive and adaptive technologies on multiple platforms to include mobile devices; Sketch; InVision prototyping software.

Bachelors degree in computer information systems, computer science, or a closely related field.
