PLEASE NOTE: Must have all the mandatory skills to qualified for this position. Must have both UI/UX Designer and Developer 26 weeks (with opportunity for extension MANDATORY SKILLS: Client looking for UI/UX have strong in design(very good eye for design) and able to do hands on HTML/CSS/JavaScript/jQuery and support dev team in resolving all UI/UX related issues. Must have led the effort to define, plan, and conduct user research throughout the SDLC (beginning in the Discovery phase) and to create research guides and conduct iterative user research. Mus have outputs from the discovery phase will include journey maps, personas, and other artifacts that will inform the design and development phases. Required the UX Designer to create prototypes using Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar standard UX/UI software to create iterative application flows in response to the ongoing user testing. UI Developer must be able to translate creative software design concepts and ideas into reality using front end technologies. Required to have strong in design and hands on experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript/jQuery, supporting development team in resolving all UI/UX related issues. Expertise in conducting user research and producing related deliverables including but not limited to personas, journey maps, interview guides, mind maps, and research finding documents. Expertise in using standard UX/UI software such as Sketch, InVision, and Adobe XD to create intuitive application prototypes driven by best practices around Human-Centered Design and in compliance to WCAG 2.0. Expertise in using front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to create responsive, browser agnostic prototypes and to collaborate with developers on the view layer in MVC projects or other design patterns. Are you able to do the following- So have experience how you start a project, what do you get in your project - do you get requirements. if you are given a requirement and asked to produce a prototype - what will be your approach and what tools do you use- What's the different text tags - what would be your support level if the developer needs help with fixing UI's/ Java queries / Angular issues- What kind of CSS frameworks you have worked on- Other than bootstrap, have you used UI frameworks- If the website requires redesign, what will you normally do to fix the accessibility issue- Have you ever given demos to the business teams- In real time development using GIT, do you know how to create branches and merge them back- Concept of Pull Request in GIT What tool do you use to test the various browsers (across multiple)- Have you worked on Kendo- Have you done graphic design work- Have you worked as a graphic designer- How many years- What programs did you use for Prototype- Can you explain what all you did using Figma- Have you used Bootstrap- How familiar are you with SCASS files- How familiar are you with the SCASS variables for Bootstrap-
