In this critical role, you will Join our innovative team at an international digital bank and remittance company, where pushing boundaries and enhancing customer experience are our core values. We are on the lookout for a seasoned Senior UX Designer to bring expertise and creativity to our ambitious projects.


Role Responsibilities

Design and refine user interfaces with a keen eye for detail, utilizing Figma to ensure a compelling and intuitive user experience.
Develop sophisticated prototypes to effectively convey design concepts.
Architect and manage comprehensive design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability.
Implement superior information architecture to structure and organize digital interfaces.
Uphold and advocate for UX best practices to promote usability and accessibility.
Work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams to align design objectives with overarching business goals.
Lead user research initiatives and usability testing to gather actionable insights for design optimization.
Design of screens, user flows and improve the Customer Experience.


Role Requirements

Demonstrable expertise in UX design, particularly in digital banking or similar sectors.
Mastery of Figma and other relevant UX design tools.
Proficient in prototyping, information architecture, and complex design system management.
Solid grasp and application of UX best practices.
An impressive portfolio that showcases your UX design skills and contributions.
Fluent in English and Portuguese. Spanish is a plus.
Prior experience in the fintech or traditional finance sectors.
Advanced capabilities in visual design.
Background in conducting UX research, familiar with various methodologies and tools.
