Senior Verification / validation engineer

Location: Santa Clara, USA (Onsite)

Type : Contract / Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities

• Validation of ethernet switch with system software.
• Validation at Emulation level and Silicon level
• run tests
• Bring back to sims for failures 
• Isolation of issues
• Work with Hardware team in resolving issues
• Develop test plan for testing low level networking protocols and stressing corner cases.
• create cases with Ixia type of testers
• Do design / verification reviews with Client and independently
• Hands-on testing and protocol bring up
• Support System testing

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong knowledge of silicon bring up / testing
• DV experience - block level
• Hardware + Software debug experience
• Knowledge of ethernet, L2/L3 networking protocols, TSN protocols is highly desired
• emulation is plus
